Retention

The retention statistics consists of a number of bar charts showing the total number of members to join in each specific month as a green bar and the number of the members who joined in that month who have since resigned as an adjacent red bar. The difference between the two bars represents the number of members who joined in that month who have not resigned. In most cases these will be current members, the only exceptions being those members who are now deceased and who were members at the time they died.

Comparing the charts for the different years will give a visual indication of how long members who joined in the past few years are retaining their membership.

Note that unlike the other statistics pages that use monthly figures saved at the end of each month, this page uses actual live old member data from the past six years and so is only available to clubs who have been using ClubSite for at least that long.
